Hi. I’m Lena Rubin and I’m a presentation coach, consultant, and the founder of LR Consultant. Growing up in Brooklyn, New York, my passion for education was sparked early on in the classroom where I saw educators as leaders. Naturally, I launched my career as an elementary teacher and administrator. I worked hard to balance my professional life with my personal life, raising an incredible daughter and maintaining an active lifestyle in sunny South Florida. 

After serving on several adoption committees, I became fascinated with educational materials, which led me to the EdTech sector. There, I discovered equal fulfillment in consulting, marketing, and sales leadership roles. 

I founded LR Consultant in 2021, after identifying a major gap in the market. While sales training was common, presentation skills were lacking with limited resources. So I decided to utilize my real-world experiences of winning over skeptical school boards, challenging audiences, and decision makers who had heard it all, to help clients embrace their authenticity to connect meaningfully with their audience.
